  2. Click it into the pink handle base.
  3. Roll upward and outward over cheeks, jawline, forehead and neck for 1 to 3 minutes.
  4. Keep it moving; don't hold it in one spot. Wrap in a thin cloth if your skin is sensitive to cold.

The mask uses red light and has eye openings, but you should never look directly into the LEDs. Keep your eyes closed during your session if light bothers you. If you have an eye condition, don't use the mask and ask your doctor first.
